How do I get highly targeted traffic? Here are some ideas to get you started:
Forums:
Forums are everywhere and chances are that at least one forum exists about your topic. So google some forums that are close to your topic and get your post out there. The most important thing to remember is that forums are moderated so don’t get carried away and spam the forum, or you’ll find your self banned from the forum in no time. A short informative entry is all that is needed to help drive traffic to your site.
Linking to other sites and reciprocal links:

You could buy advertisements in ezines targeted for your topic. Make sure to do your due diligence here to make sure you return on investment will cover your advertising cost.
